Leona Schwarz is a graduate of Sutherland-Chan College of Massage and Hydro Therapy in Toronto.  Initially she practiced in the Chronic Pain Clinic at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre and later co-owned a busy massage therapy clinic for 15 years.  She then returned to her Manitoba roots with her husband and son where her practice continues to this day.  

Leona began her work in the area of chronic pain and has built a solid understanding of the role massage plays in pain management. 

Aside from her work, Leona enjoys gardening, walking and traveling. 

Denise graduated from Massage Therapy College in Manitoba in 2001.  She continues to study Craniosacral Therapy, Myofascial Development, Lymphatic Drainage and takes Feldenkrais Movement group and private lessons.

Denise enjoys running, cycling, writing, music, canoeing and spending time with friends and family. 

Dawna graduated from Wellington College in Winnipeg in 2015.

Dawna's years of experience as a school teacher and yoga instructor coupled with her extensive training through a variety of massage workshops, puts her in a position to help clients with whatever their needs are at the time of treatment.

Dawna lives with her husband, 2 cats and 1 dog in Old St Vital. Loves gardening, cycling, water sports, outdoor fun and art.
